Why do we need Benefit Booklets?

Both Benefit agencies and their employer clients can really benefit from providing a benefit booklet to their employees.
From an agency's perspective, this is a great way to proactively provide employees and their dependents with a document that outlines the most frequently used benefits of their various plans. If you've ever spent time in open enrollment meetings or servicing clients in the benefits industry, you know that you receive the same questions over and over again...year after year.

From the client's side of things, the benefit booklet can be used a great attraction and retention tool. Providing your small clients with a professional booklet that houses all the info about their benefits to help a potential candidate make their decision is huge!!! The prospective employee can take the booklet home to their spouse and can easily see what the benefit offerings are and what amounts will be taken out of their paycheck - this makes it extremely easy to aid in their decision making. This makes the 10 person group look like a fortune 500 company and helps them compete for top talent.
Benefit Booklets are simply great tools to be proactive and give another value-add to your clients. They don't replace your ben admin systems - they complent them with a nice, easy to access piece that online systems simply can't provide.
